These are some pictures of some Thai Massage stretches taken last year with my friend Shana Alverson. Please note that some of these are advanced stretches and aren't suitable for all clients, so don't be intimidated. Images of stretches are always shown as representative of Thai Massage, because they look kind of spectacular while an image of a deep compression is decidedly mundane.
Shana is the owner/operator of Crossfit East Decatur, a gym where I currently have a Bodywork office.
